烤烟烟叶感官质量与风格特征的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis between Sensory Quality and Style Characteristics in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

Abstract
The tobacco samples from Yunnan,Henan,Guizhou,Sichuan and other tobacco-growing regions in China were used as experimental materials,and the sensory quality indicators(aroma characteristics,taste characteristics,and style features)of 54 C3F grade tobacco leaves were quantitatively evaluated.Simple correlation,canonical correlation and stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation between sensory quality and style characteristics.The results of simple correlation analysis and typical correlation analysis showed that highly significant or significant correlations between the sensory quality indicators and style emphasis,concentration and strength.The stepwise analysis results showed that translucency and impurities were the main influencing factors of style emphasis,with a quantitative relationship of Y1=0.551X3+0.770X4-1.905,reaching a highly significant level.Translucency was the primary influencing factor of concentration,with a quantitative relationship of Y2=0.605X3+2.612,reaching a highly significant level.Translucency,aroma quantity,and aftertaste were the main influencing factors of strength,with a quantitative relationship of Y3=0.536X3-0.610X7+0.426X2+3.959,reaching a highly significant level.In conclusion,the prediction of style characteristics of tobacco leaves by sensory quality indexes has certain reference significance for the construction of tobacco quality evaluation system.关键词
