Abstract
In order to determine the range of nitrogen application for wheat with high yield and high quality in Xiayi County,Henan Province,we used medium strong gluten wheat varieties"Jimai 22"and"Zhengmai 379"as experimental materials,and set up 0,180,240,270 and 300 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer gradients to investigate the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer gradients on wheat yield and quality through field plot experiments.The results showed that the panicle number,kernel number per spike and yield of the two wheat varieties increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate in the range of 0～270 kg/hm2,but the panicle number,kernel number per spike and yield of the two wheat varieties decreased when the nitrogen application rate continued to increase to 300 kg/hm2.Compared with N0 treatment,180～300 kg/hm2 treatments significantly increased nitrogen accumulation and contribution rate of nitrogen accumulation at flowering stage,maturity stage and post-flowering stage.At the same time,nitrogen metabolism related enzyme activities(NR and GS)in flag leaves of wheat after flowering,the contents of protein and wet gluten were significantly increased with the increase of nitrogen application when nitrogen application rate was in the range of 0～270 kg/hm2.There were extremely significant positive correlations between yield and protein content and nitrogen accumulation at flowering stage,maturity stage and post-flowering stage,and the correlation between post-flowering nitrogen accumulation and yield and protein content was the most obvious.In conclusion,considering the demand of high yield and high quality of medium-strong gluten wheat,it is more suitable to apply nitrogen at 240～270 kg/hm2 in Xiayi County,Henan province.关键词
