Abstract
In order to study the effects of different proportions of organic fertilizer nitrogen instead of chemical fertilizer nitrogen on rice yield,plant nutrient accumulation,soil properties and economic benefits,seven treatments were set up(CK:no fertilization;NPK:Formula fertilizer;MN10,MN20,MN30,MN50,MN100:the replacement ratio of iso-nitrogen organic fertilizer was 10%,20%,30%,50%,100%,respectively).The experiment of single crop rice in field was conducted,and the rice yield,nutrient absorption and accumulation amount of above ground,soil properties and economic benefits of different treatments were analyzed.The results showed that the effect of organic fertilizer on rice yield increased first and then decreased under the same nitrogen condition.Compared with NPK,MN20 and MN30 treatments significantly increased rice yield by 10.7% and 13.9%.The yield of MN50 and MN100 treatment was lower than that of NPK,and MN100 treatments significantly decreased rice yield by 18.1%.The effect of organic fertilizer on above-ground dry matter and nutrient uptake of rice was similar to that of yield,and the straw yield was the highest under MN20 treatment,which increased by 26.8% compared with NPK.The uptake of N,P and K of above-ground plants was also the highest under MN20 treatment,which was 14.4%,18.2% and 27.1% higher than that of NPK,respectively,and the difference of K nutrient was significant.Compared with NPK,organic fertilizer replacement ratio of more than 20% significantly increased soil pH value,but accelerated soil organic matter mineralization,resulting in a significant decrease in organic matter content of 10.8% ~19.8%.High replacement amount of organic fertilizer(≥50%)had no significant effect on other nutrients except for reducing the soil available nitrogen and increasing the content of available potassium.Compared with NPK,the replacement of organic fertilizer by 10% ~30% could slightly increase economic income,while the replacement ratio of 50% and 100% were 2010.6 yuan/hm2 and 11737.4 yuan/hm2,respectively.In conclusion,the reduction of fertilizer should not be too much in single-cropping rice production in southern China,and the appropriate proportion of organic fertilizer nitrogen replacing chemical fertilizer nitrogen is 20% ~30%.关键词
