有机无机肥配施对植烟土壤肥力和氮组分以及烟叶品质的影响
Effects of Combined Application of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers on Tobacco-planting Soil Fertility,Nitrogen Components and Tobacco Quality

Abstract
Pure chemical fertilizer(T1)was used as the control,and five organic fertilizer treatments were set up,including 10% high carbon-based fertilizer(T2),30% high carbon-based fertilizer(T3),50% high carbon-based fertilizer(T4),30% rapeseed cake fertilizer(T5),and 50% rapeseed cake fertilizer(T6).The effects of organic-inorganic fertilizer combination on tobacco-planting soil fertility,nitrogen composition,and tobacco leaf quality were studied.Suitable organic-inorganic fertilizer combinations and types were selected to improve soil fertility.The results showed that:(1)Applying rapeseed cake fertilizer significantly increased the content of available phosphorus in the soil and improved the content of soluble organic nitrogen in the soil in late growth period of tobacco.(2)Applying high carbon-based fertilizer with a high substitution ratio increased available phosphorus and available potassium to varying degrees.Increasing the amount of high carbon-based fertilizer also increased the content of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and soluble organic nitrogen during the later growth period.(3)The appropriate substitution ratio of high carbon-based fertilizer reduced the total sugar content in the upper and lower tobacco leaves,increased the potassium content in the leaves,reduced the chloride content and the sugar-to-alkaloid ratio,and made the chemical composition of the tobacco leaves more balanced.(4)Applying rapeseed cake fertilizer increased the total sugar content in the middle leaves,reduced the total sugar content and the nicotine content in the upper leaves.As the substitution ratio increased,the total sugar content in the middle and lower leaves decreased,and the nicotine content in the upper and middle leaves also decreased.(5)The combination of high-carbon based fertilizer replacing 30% fertilizer nitrogen had the best comprehensive effect,significantly increasing plant height,promoting dry matter accumulation,significantly increased nitrogen accumulation,improved the apparent fertilizer utilization efficiency,and improved tobacco leaf quality.This study can provide a reference for selecting and improving suitable organic-inorganic fertilizer ratios for tobacco-planting soil in Wuxi County,Chongqing City.关键词
