烟草苗期一种新病害的诊断、病原鉴定及生物学特性研究

Abstract
A new fungal disease occurred in tobacco Yunyan 87 seedlings in Changting County,Fujian Province.The pathogen was isolated,cultured,purified by tissue separation method and tested by Koch's Rule,and was identified as Aphanocladium aranearum by morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis.The biological characteristics results showed that the optimal temperature for pathogen growth and spore production was 25~35℃,pH was 7,and dark condition was favorable for its growth and spore production.PDA medium and CMA medium were suitable for mycelial growth and spore production,respectively.Lactose and ammonium nitrate were the carbon and nitrogen sources suitable for pathogen spore production.Based on the symptoms and pathogenic characteristics of the disease,it was named Tobacco seedling white mold rot.关键词
