Abstract

Due to the large number of signal types generated by natural gas compressor in the working process,it is difficult to judge the fault type,resulting in the difficulty of vibration fault control.Therefore,a new automatic control method for vibration fault of reciprocating natural gas compressor is studied.The vibration signal prediction model is constructed by linear regression,and the vibration feature gray co-oc-currence matrix is established by fuzzy clustering.The compressor fault is diagnosed by combing the fea-tures under the reasoning rules,and the vibration fault diagnosis of reciprocating natural gas compressor is completed.Based on the results of fault diagnosis,the automatic control of vibration fault is realized by va-riance analysis.The experimental results show that this method can collect the fault vibration signal com-pletely and mark the position of its strength value correctly;and in many groups of fault sample data,the highest accuracy of the fault diagnosis results of this method is 98%.
