Difficulties and reflections on proper treatments of hepatoblastoma in children
摘要
Abstract
Hepatoblastoma(HB)has been the most common type of liver malignancy in children.Chemo-therapy and surgery are still important treatments of HB.In recent years,clinical diagnoses and treatments of HB have significantly improved.However,many practical challenges persist.This review focused upon selecting che-motherapeutic agents and modalities,R0(microscopically margin-negative)tumor resection and its necessity,handling inoperable cases,timing of liver transplantation and managements of metastatic and relapsing HB.关键词
