摘要

Abstract

To evaluate the application prospects of microbial recovery of a uranium ore,uranium recovery with Leptospirillum ferriphilum,Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidi-thiobacillus caldus under different initial pH,inoculum size,leaching time and solid-liquid ratio were carried out according to the orthogonal design.The results showed the highest recovery of the three strains of microorganisms were higher than 97%.During the recovery process,the pH values of the bioleaching systems all showed a decreasing trend,whereas the Eh values all showed an increasing trend.All of the initial pH,inoculum size,leac-hing time and solid-liquid ratio influenced uranium recovery of the three strains of microor-ganisms.However,as for each microorganism,the effects on uranium recovery were dif-ferent.The main factor affecting the recovery of Leptospirillum ferriphilum was the inoculum size,while bioleaching of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidithiobacillus caldus was mainly influenced by the initial pH value.
