Social Dimension of Marxist Conception of Nature and Theoretical Innovation in Construction of Chinese-Style Modernized Eco-Civilization

Abstract
Faced with environmental degradation and social conflicts stemming from the logic of capital,Marx and Engels,based on the unified perspective of"human history"and"natural history",explored the social causes of environmental issues.They sought to resolve the human-nature conflict through changes in modes of production and institutions,aiming to reconcile the adversarial human-nature relationship in the context of"reconciliation within humanity",envisioning a poetic existence characterized by the harmony between humanity and nature.Ecocentrism and modern human-centered ethics,two major Western environmental ethical trends,when seeking to explore environmental issues,often approach the subject by separating natural history from human history.This approach runs the risk of becoming mere rhetorical maneuvers and might fall short in effectively addressing human-nature relationship and coping with increasingly pressing environmental and public health concerns.Continuing the social dimension of Marxist view of nature and surpassing the abstract scheme of western environmental ethics to solve ecological problems,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core,guides and promotes the formation of green production,lifestyle,and consumption patterns with a high degree of theoretical consciousness,innovates eco-environment mechanism to form an ecological governance framework that balances responsibility and rights,adheres to the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities to coordinate the construction of a beautiful China and a beautiful world,and constantly promotes the innovation of ecological civilization theory in the new era and new journey,opening up an ecological chapter in Chinese-style modernization.关键词
