An Exploration of Zhuangzi's Eco-Aesthetic Thoughts in Qiwulun
摘要
Abstract
Zhuangzi has profound eco-aesthetic thoughts.Some studies have noticed this,but have not fully revealed its rich connotation in the three fundamental fields of aesthetics:beauty,appreciation and art.Based on Qiwulun,Zhuangzi's eco-aesthetic thoughts can be divided into three interwoven and parallel key aspects.First,the thought on ecological beauty.In Zhuangzi's view,beauty lies in the harmonious overall nature,or the harmony of the overall nature.Second,the thought on ecological aesthetics.In Zhuangzi's view,humans should view nature as it is by removing or suspending prejudices and preconceptions.Third,the thought on ecological art.In Zhuangzi's view,art is inspired by nature.Artists should create natural works through natural creation,which means abandoning deliberate carving and embellishment.On the whole,nature,according to Zhuangzi,is an original being with an exalted status,prescriptive of beauty,aesthetics and art.The systematic study of Zhuangzi's eco-aesthetic thoughts from the three dimensions above can convey the enlightenment from Chinese traditional thought resources for the theoretical construction of Chinese ecological aesthetics and the practical construction of Chinese ecological civilization.关键词
