Study on the Spatiotemporal Development and Evolution Characteristics of the Three Industries in Ningxia from 1999 to 2019

Abstract
Using statistical data of the three main industries in Ningxia from 1999 to 2019,this study investigates the development and evolutionary trends of Ningxia's industrial sectors from both temporal and spatial perspectives.The research includes a periodization of industrial development over the past two decades and conducts an in-depth analysis of the trends and changes during each phase.The results demonstrate that the secondary industry holds a dominant position within Ningxia's industrial structure,with significant fluctuations in the proportion of the primary industry and substantial potential for the development of the tertiary sector.There is considerable spatial disparity in the industrial structure among various cities and counties(districts),with unbalanced economic development.Regions experiencing rapid economic growth are mainly concentrated around Yinchuan and its neighboring areas.The evolution of Ningxia's industries has approximately undergone three phases characterized as V,W and L shaped development stages,with each stage exhibiting distinct economic growth and industrial development features.Ningxia's economy has transitioned from a high-speed growth phase to a more stable one,and the tertiary industry is poised to become the leading sector in the future.关键词
