AMT变速器两参数换挡规律优化研究

摘要
Abstract
During the road test of a test vehicle,there is a feeling of uneven shift and frustration.In order to solve the problem,aiming at the shift law of two-parameter automatedmanual transmission(AMT),the AVL Cruise software is used to model and the New European Driving Cycle(NEDC)of Cruise is selected for simulation,the original shift curve of the gearbox is obtained,and then the shift law of AMT is optimized.The optimized data is introduced into the controller and a new shift law curve is generated,which is smoother than the previous shift law.Practice has proved that by using the new shift law parameters to control the shift,the car accelerates more smoothly and can reduce fuel consumption.关键词
