摘要

Abstract

Water resources is the lifeline of social and economic development,and the study of carrying capacity of water resources(CCWR)is of great practical significance to regional sustainable development.This paper selects the evaluation indexes of water resources,society,economy and ecological environment system,and evaluates the carrying capacity of water resources of 12 cities in Heilongjiang Province from 2013 to 2020 based on entropy weight TOPSIS model.The results show that the carrying capacity of water resources in Heilongjiang Province shows an upward trend,but remains at a low level;in the region,the carrying capacity of water resources in Harbin,Qiqihar,Daqing and Mudanjiang is relatively high;in the subsystem,the contribution of water resources subsystem is large,and the CCWR of inter-regional subsystems is different.
