Abstract
In 2021,the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises opened a new chapter.Enterprises accelerated the construction of digital management systems and strengthened the deployment of intelligent equipment,aiming at the development of science and technology to help enterprises transform.The application scenarios of power industry run through the five procedures of power generation,transmission,distribution and transformation.Infrastructure assets are various and widely distributed,and asset management still needs to be further improved,and lean management has not yet been achieved.With the gradual improvement of management software,the management of infrastructure is gradually mature,but some equipment is still being damaged by nature or man-made,which makes inspection and supervision difficult,management inconvenient and statistics inaccurate.This paper mainly focuses on the construction of digital management system and the in-depth study of safety measurement management device,including five parts:industry development trend,business status analysis,research points,software and hardware design content and summary.Among them,the main function of the digital management system is the online control of equipment assets,and the measurement management device mainly implements the safety and accurate management,and realizes the unified coding of intelligent lock control and laser etching.These prevent the destruction of external conditions,hinder the normal operation,unify the code system,and achieve daily business requirements and fine management.In this paper,the software and hardware products are in the design stage,need further development and implementation and testing,which is the main content of the later work.关键词
