先进树脂基复合材料在商用航空发动机中的应用

Abstract
In order to study the application and development trend of advanced resin matrix composites in commercial aero-engines,the application progress of advanced resin matrix composites in foreign aero-engines is analyzed.The application components,material system and molding process of composite materials on fan section and nacelle are introduced emphatically.The results show that the application of advanced resin matrix composites to manufacture aero-engine components can significantly reduce engine weight,increase thrust-to-weight ratio,reduce fuel consumption,reduce noise,and bring outstanding performance advantages and economic benefits.It shows that improving the application level of composite materials through the research and development of material system,structural optimization design and low-cost and automatic molding technology is the development trend of advanced composite materials in commercial aero-engines.关键词
