电梯安全钳的混合高斯分布可靠性分析方法
摘要
Abstract
Safety gear is an essential anti-falling device for elevator,and its motion reliability plays a decisive role in elevator safety.In order to estimate the motion reliability of safety gears in the process of braking elevators efficiently and accurately,a time-varying motion reliability analysis method combining latinized partially stratified sampling(LPSS)and mixed Gaussian distribution was developed.The performance function was constructed with acceleration of the safely gear control panel not exceeding the safe acceleration of the elevator;Based on the time-varying reliability extreme value analysis method,the origin moment of safety gear performance function is estimated by Latin partial stratified sampling method.A multivariate equation was constructed with the numerical expression of the origin moment of the mixed Gaussian distribution equal to the origin moment of the performance function to solve the parameters of the mixed Gaussian distribution,and calculate the motion reliability of the safety gears.关键词
