关于建立缺陷起重机召回制度的探究

Abstract
In order to strengthen the main responsibility awareness of hoisting machinery manufacturers and effectively improve the quality of hoisting machinery,in this paper,the recall system in the United States is compared with a crane accident,and the situation of defective special equipment in China is studied.The establishment,evaluation,main body and procedure of defective crane recall system are analyzed,and the importance and necessity of establishing a legal system on special equipment recall system are pointed out.关键词
