澜沧江中上游功果桥—乌弄龙江段鱼类资源现状及物种多样性
Status of fishery resources and species diversity in the middle and upper reaches of the Lancang River(Gongguo Bridge-Wunonglong section)

Abstract
In order to understand the composition and diversity of existing fish species in the middle and upper reaches of the Lancang River(Gongguoqiao-Wunonglong River section),fish resources and species diversity in different sections of the river were investigated and analyzed for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020.A total of 39 fish species were collected from Wunonglong Reservoir,Lidi Reservoir,Baijixun,Zhongpai,Lagu,Lamadeng,Gongguoqiao Reservoir,belonging to 32 genera,10 families and 5 orders.Among them,26 species were Cypriniformes,accounting for 66.67%,56.41%were indigenous fish and 43.59%were alien species.The fish feeding structure was relatively simple,with only carnivorous and omnivorous fish.There were 24 species of omnivorous fishes,accounting for 61.54%,10 species of carnivorous fishes,accounting for 25.64%,and 12.82%were unknown.Among the three types of habitat water layers,the proportion of bottom fish species was higher,accounting for 56.41%.The dominant species were Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao,Glyptothorax longinema Li,Paramisgurnus dabryanus and Schizothorax lissolabiatus.The mean values of Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H'),Simpson dominance index(D),Pielou index(J)and Margalef index(d)of seven sampling sites were 1.48,0.41,2.69,0.80.In general,the species diversity indices of the sampling sites in the middle reaches(Gongguoqiao and Lamadeng)were higher than those of the five sampling sites in the upper reaches.The species similarity index(I)between Wunonglong and Lidi Reservoir,between Lidi and Lagu,and between Lamadeng and Gongguoqiao were moderate similarity with 0.5294,0.5294,0.5625,respectively.The species similarity index between two Lagu and Gongguoqiao was the most dissimilar points with 0.2059,and the other sampling points were moderately dissimilar.There was a strong correlation between body length and body weight of Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao and Schizothorax lissolabiatus(R2>0.95).The correlation coefficient R2 between body length and weight of Glyptothorax longinema Li and Paramisgurnus dabryanus was 0.90.The dominant species such as Schizo-thorax lissolabiatus Tsao,Schizothorax lissolabiatus,Glyptothorax longinema Li and Paramisgurnus dabryanus showed good uniform growth(b≈3).Based on the results of this survey,measures such as habitat restoration and strict control of fishing intensity were proposed to protect the fish diversity in the middle and upper reaches of the Lancang River.关键词
