摘要
Abstract
Complex and refractory lung cancer is a type of lung cancers that are difficult to diagnose and treat due to various rea-sons,have complex biological characteristics,lack standard treatment protocols,and require a very high level of multidisciplinary team.This type of lung cancer accounts for an important proportion of the total lung cancer population,but there is a huge unmet need for diagnosis and treatment,which has not been systematically summarized,refined,or studied in depth so far.In this paper,based on the summary of previous literature and the clinical ex-perience of our center,the concept and classification of complex and refractory lung cancer is explicitly proposed for the first time,and the problems and challenges of this type of lung cancer,as well as the direction of future work and efforts are elaborated.It is of strategic significance to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this lung cancer population,prolong the survival time and improve the quality of life.关键词
