摘要
Abstract
Complex and refractory lung cancer(CRLC)is fairly common,and there is still no consensus or guideline recommended to guide clinical practice.During clinical work,there are wide variations in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with CRLC,leading to difference in survival rates.Indeed,CRLC is quite likely to benefit from multidisciplinary team(MDT).We believe that the diagnostic and treatment strategies for CRLC should focus on the patients,uphold the holistic management,and implement individualized and precise treatment plans through MDT.The aim is to improve the pa-tients'quality of life and increase their survival.Herein,we will introduce the strategies and pathway for the diagnosis and treatment of CRLC.关键词
