摘要

Abstract

P62 is a multifunctional adaptor protein that interacts with various signal proteins to regulate a variety of cell func-tions.A lot of evidence suggests that p62 is involved in the occurrence of digestive system tumors and is expected to be a potential target for the treatment of digestive system tumors.This article reviews the research progress of p62 in digestive system tumors,and then explores the molecular mechanism how p62 affects the development and progression of digestive tract tumors,which may help to formulate better strategies for the prevention and treatment of digestive tract tumors.
