基于TOPSIS法的省级层面自然资源节约集约评价研究

Abstract
On the basis of discussing the characteristics of natural resource conservation and intensive utili-zation and the selection principles of evaluation indicators at the provincial level,selecting 17 representa-tive indicators,an evaluation index system for natural resource conservation and intensive utilization has been set up in Shandong province.By using TOPISI method,the situation of natural resource conservation and intensive utilization have been analyzed as well.It is showed that there is a significant gap in the level of conservation and intensive utilization of natural resources among cities in Shandong province.There is still significant room for improvement in the level of conservation and intensive utilization in 16 cities.This result can provide some references for the government in formulating relevant policies.The evaluation of natural resource conservation and intensive utilization at the provincial level should be based on safety as the prerequisite for evaluating natural resource utilization.The TOPSIS method is simple and easy to oper-ate.It can comprehensively evaluate decision plans and make it suitable for the evaluation of natural re-source conservation and intensive utilization.关键词
