摘要

Abstract

A neural network model for prediction of back siltation in the deep-water channel of the Yangtze Estuary under the influence of discharge,tide level,tidal range,water temperature,water depth and wave energy was established.And the prediction results of the model were used to analyze the variation pattern of siltation amount with a single factor.The results show that the amount of back-siltation varies non linearly with the flow rate,and increases linearly with the increase of wave energy,water temperature,tide level and tidal range.The discharge,wave energy and tidal range have a significant impact on the amount of back siltation in flood season,while the impact of tidal range and water temperature is relatively small.The research results provide reliable theoretical basis and clear reference indicators for the maintenance of the Yangtze River Estuary deep-water channel and the study of siltation mechanisms,which has important engineering practice significance.
