摘要

Abstract

According to the construction content of the waterway regulation project,the green and low carbon factors involved in the project are identified and analyzed.A green and low carbon evaluation index system for waterway regulation project design is constructed with green and low carbon as the target layer,and resource conservation,energy conservation and emission reduction,and ecological environmental protection as the criteria layer.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to assign the index weight,forming a green and low carbon evaluation framework for waterway regulation project design.Based on a project example,an evaluation framework was applied to evaluate the waterway regulation project in the lower reaches of the Minjiang River.The results showed that the weight vector values and their ranking of each index were basically consistent with the construction content of the project,the energy and resource consumption levels at each stage of the entire life cycle,the protection of the ecological environment,and the trend of carbon reduction and sequestration.
