长期施肥对黄泥田水稻土团聚体中细菌群落的影响
Effect of Long-Term Fertilization on Microbial Community in Soil Aggregate of Yellow Clayey Paddy Field

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the change of bacterial community structure in each size aggregates in yellow clayey paddy soil under different fertilization regime.Three typical treatments were se-lected from the long-term location test,including chemical fertilizer alone(NPK),NPK with straw returning(RS)and controlled release bulk blending(BB)fertilizer with cattle manure application(CM).The soil bac-terial community structure changes in different fertilization treatments and different size aggregates and the effects of soil environmental factors on bacterial communities were studied.The results showed that the CM treatment increased the relative abundances of Acidobacteria,Actinobacteria,Gemmatimonadetes and Plantc-tomycetes compared to the RS and NPK treatments.The principal component analysis(PCA)showed that fer-tilization had a higher effect on bacterial community structure compared to the soil aggregate size.The redun-dancy analysis(RDA)results showed soil available potassium content was the most important factor affecting the soil bacterial community.In conclusion,different long-term fertilization regimes altered the bacterial com-munity structure in different size of soil aggregates.The CM treatment significantly increased the relative abun-dance of soil dominant bacteria compared with the NPK and RS treatments.关键词
