镉胁迫对湘两优900及其再生稻稻米镉和矿质元素积累的影响
Effects of Cd Stress on Accumulation of Cd and Mineral Elements in Xiangliangyou 900 and Its Ratooning Rice

Abstract
The study aimed to explore the effects of different cadmium(Cd)concentrations on the accu-mulation of cadmium and mineral elements in Xiangliangyou 900 and its ratoon rice.Six Cd concentrations(0.0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0 mg/kg)were set according to the classification standard of agricultural land soil pollution.The contents of Cd and nine mineral elements(K,Mg,Zn,Mn,Fe,Ca,Cu,Ni,Mo)in rice were determined using the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the difference analy-sis and correlation analysis were conducted.The results showed that the Cd content of rice increased with the increase of Cd concentration.The Cd content in the main crop rice ranged from 0.090 to 2.010 mg/kg,while that in ratooning rice ranged from 0.029 to 1.011 mg/kg,which was 47.4%to 71.0%lower than that of the main crop rice with an average decrease of 56.4%.Except the CK(0.0 mg/kg),the Cd content of ratooning rice was significantly lower than that of the main crop rice under the same Cd concentration treatment(P<0.05).Under cadmium stress,the contents of nine mineral elements in the two seasons of rice were sequenced as K>Mg>Zn>Mn>Fe>Ca>Cu>Ni and Mo.The content of K,Mg,Ca and Ni in the two seasons of rice in-creased compared to CK,while that of Zn,Fe and Mo decreased compared to CK,and that of Cu and Mn showed fluctuating change compared to CK.There were significant or extremely significant correlations between Cd content and Cu,Ni and Mo contents in the two seasons of rice.In conclusion,using Xiangliangyou 900 to produce ratooning rice could significantly reduce the Cd content in ratooning rice.Cd stress had a certain effect on the accumulation of mineral elements in Xiangliangyou 900 rice,but did not change the order of mineral el-ement contents.Cd could promote the absorption of K,Mg,Ca and Ni,but inhibit the absorption of Zn,Fe and Mo in rice.There were close relationships between the contents of Cu,Ni and Mo and Cd concentration.关键词
