节水抗旱稻光温敏雄性核不育系沪旱82S的选育与利用

Abstract
Huhan 82S is a photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line(PTGMS)in water-saving and drought-resistant rice(WDR)selected by Shanghai Agrobiological Gene Center,which derived from the cross between Huhan 3S(Huhan 1S/Qingsiai)and Huhan 5S(Huhan 1 S/Huanghuazhan)through multi-year cross screening in Shanghai and Hainan,with characteristics of low starting temperature of sterility,excellent disease resistance,drought resistance and fine quality of rice(up to ministry standard 3).It passed technical appraisal test of Shanghai Seed Management Station in October 2018.By matching Huhan 82S,'Hanliangyou 8200',which is two-line hybrid variety of water-saving and drought-resistant rice,had been approved by the National regional trial validation in 2021;'Hanliangyou 8208'obtained the provincial validation of Guangxi and Jiangxi,and passed the national regional trial of rice in 2023.关键词
