Abstract

In order to explore the effects of microbial fertilizer on soil fungal community and fruit quality,two kinds of microbial fertilizer were used to treat the soil,determine the conductivity and total salt of soil samples,and analyze and map by DNA extraction,PCR amplification and fungal ITS sequencing.The results showed that the conductivity and total salt decreased in A and B treatment and increased in CK.The Shannon index and Simpson index of treatment A decreased,and the Shannon index and Simpson index of treatment B and CK increased,but the increase range of treatment B was higher than that of CK,indicating that treatment B could improve the species uniformity of soil fungal community and increase the diversity of soil fungi after applying bacterial fertilizer and planting melon.After different treatments,the relative abundance of dominant populations changed significantly,and the distribution quadrants of A1 and A2 treatments,B1 and B2 treatments,CK1 and CK2 did not intersect,indicating that the soil fungal community changed significantly after applying bacterial fertilizer and planting melon.In the analysis of Fusarium genus relative abundance,the Fusarium genus relative abundance of A,B and CK showed an obvious downward trend after treatment,but the decline range of treatment B was highest up to 80.99%,indicating that treatment B can effectively reduce the Fusarium genus relative abundance of soil fungal community.The fruit weight,pulp thickness,central sugar and marginal sugar of treatment B were the highest and the quality was the best,indicating that treatment B could improve the quality of melon.Therefore,the application of microbial fertilizer can change the soil fungal community structure,improve the soil fungal diversity,reduce the abundance of harmful Fusarium species,improve the soil and improve the quality of melon.
