基于秸秆离田资源化利用的低碳农业园区建设及其减污降碳效益分析
Pollution and greenhouse gas mitigation potential of low carbon agricultural park construction based on straw off-field utilization

Abstract
The Peak Carbon and Net-zero Emission Goals(Double carbon goals)have been upgraded to national strategy of China.Basing on the low carbon agricultural park construction requirements under the new era,to resolve issues including greenhouse gas emission and water pollutant discharge due to rice straw long-term returning to field in Shanghai Qingpu modern agricultural park,"agricultural waste treatment-heat and power cogeneration-organic fertilizer production"a rice straw off-field treatment system with dry anaerobic digestion as the core technique has been established.Tests were conducted based on the generation rules,physical and chemical characteristics of straw and other major agricultural wastes.An agricultural waste disposal center with the processing capacity of 12 t/d was constructed.The dry anaerobic fermentation system could reach stable operation of straw feedstock at high C/N ratio through optimizing relevant operation parameters,including straw pretreatment,reaction temperature and feed-liquid reflux ratio.The biogas production yield could exceed 350 L/kg TS,total biogas output is about 2 500 m3/d,and the average daily electricity generation rate of 4 250 kWh.A pathway to establish low carbon agricultural park compatible with economic benefits has been explored.Meanwhile,based on the operating performance of the agricultural waste treatment center for three years,results show that the park could reduce TN,TP and COD discharges of the farmland runoff by 1.30 t/a,0.11 t/a and 9.72 t/a,respectively,and reduce greenhouse gas emission by about 5 206 t CO2-eqv/a.Under the circumstance of neglecting straw comprehensive utilization government subsidy,the direct economic benefits ware about 1 513 600 RMB/a,including biogas power generation and organic fertilizer production of biogas residue,with significant application potential.关键词
