岔路黑猪最佳遗传潜力杂交组合筛选研究
Screening test of cross combinations with optimum genetic potential of Chalu Black Pig
摘要
Abstract
Through the breeding of different boars and fork road black pig sows,six combinations of Chacha,Dacha,Changcha,Ducha,Picha and Bacha were produced.The offspring pigs with similar age and weight of about 100 kg were selected,and meat quality indexes were determined.The results showed that among the six hybrid experimental combinations,Ducha had the fastest growth rate,the highest lean meat percentage,and the best meat quality.Thus,Ducha was the best combination for binary hybridization.关键词
