美学区引导骨再生对种植体周软组织美学影响的研究进展
The influence of guided bone regeneration on peri-implant soft tissue esthetics inthe esthetic zone
摘要
Abstract
Guided bone regeneration(GBR)has been widely used to augment the peri-implant bone tissue in esthetic zone.The application of this technique expands the clinical indications for oral implants and ensures long-term functional and esthetic outcomes.The potential influence of GBR on peri-implant soft tissue esthetics has been studied widely in recent years.This article reviews the relevant literature and summarizes the relationship between peri-implant soft and hard tissues,as well as the impact of GBR on the level of gingival margin,mesial and distal papilla height,root convexity/soft tissue color and texture,and pink esthetic score.关键词
