Analysis of the Impact of Japan's Product Injury Information Reporting and Disclosure System on Consumer Product Recalls
摘要
Abstract
The collection of product injury accidents,the regulation of consumer product recalls,and the prevention of product injury accidents have long plagued product safety regulatory authorities.The paper takes the Japanese product injury accident data and consumer product recall data before and after the revision of Japan's Consumer Goods Safety Law as the basic materials to analyze the impact of Japan's product injury accident information reporting and disclosure system on consumer product recalls,with a view to providing reference for China's product safety supervision.关键词
