2019-2022年深圳市某综合医院儿科门诊患儿流行性感冒现况分析
Analysis of the current situation of children with influenza in pediatric outpatient clinic of a general hospital in Shenzhen from 2019 to 2022

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the incidence of influenza among children in the pediatric outpatient clinic of a general hospital in Shenzhen,and to provide a reference for the prevention of influenza and the timing of vaccination.Methods:Clinical data of 6,259 children aged 0-18 years who attended the outpatient clinic of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and underwent influenza viral antigen testing of throat swab specimens from January 2019 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the time of onset of influenza,age group,and type of clinical disease were compared.Results:The highest rate of positive influenza virus antigen test(influenza positivity rate)sent from 2019-2022 was in 2019(22.0%),followed by 2022(18.4%),2020(10.1%),and 2021(8.8%),with a statistically significant difference(χ2=102.57,P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in the influenza positivity rate among different months during the 4-year period(χ2=300.69,P<0.01),with the highest influenza positivity rate(26.2%)in June.The highest rate of influenza positivity was found in children aged 6 to 12 years(22.79%),with lower rates in infants and toddlers aged 1 to 3 years(12.49%)and adolescents aged 12 years and older(12.09%).Influenza was predominantly upper respiratory tract infection in children of different age groups,with lower respiratory tract infections being more likely to coexist in children under 1 year of age.Conclusion:Influenza infections decreased during the epidemic of COVID-19,and it is recommended that school-age children should be vaccinated against influenza before the month of the epidemic,and the protection of infants less than 1 year of age should be emphasized for prompt treatment.关键词
