医学实验动物学教学中生物安全的探讨与实践
Exploration on biosafety issues in the teaching of medical laboratory animal science

Abstract
Medical laboratory animal science is an important foundational support course for biomedical research and the cultivation of innovative talents.In the teaching of medical laboratory animal science,teachers and students will have close contact with various experimental animals,and any improper operation or mistake may cause biosafety problems,posing a threat to the health and life safety of teachers and students.In April 2021,Biosecurity Law of the People's Republic of China was promulgated and implemented,marking a new stage of legal governance for biosafety in China.And there is growing concern for biosafety issues in the experimental teaching of medical laboratory animal science.In this paper,the authors identified major biosafety problems in experimental teaching of medical la-boratory animal science,and discussed protective strategies for ensuring biosafety in the experimental teaching.Based on previous teaching experience,the authors propose to implement biosafety prevention and control by raising awareness in teachers and students,carrying out"closed-loop management"of experimental animals,standardizing experimental operations,and strengthening experimen-tal supervision.All these measures aim to guarantee the safety and health of teachers and students,as well as ensure the orderly imple-mentation of the experimental teaching.关键词
