虚实结合模式下专业实验课程体系的重构探索
Exploration on the reconstruction of professional experimental curriculum system under the mode of virtuality-reality combi-nation

Abstract
In order to improve the teaching effect,the authors explored the adjustment and reconstruction of professional experimental curriculum system and teaching content,enabling students to understand and master modern cutting-edge technologies and methods.Taking molecular medicine experiments as an example,the authors integrated high-order,innovative,and challenging experimental projects into basic courses,and these projects were presented in teaching resources of virtual simulation experiments,micro-lectures,and MOOCs.Flexible modes were adopted,including online and offline blended teaching,optional and mandatory experiments,etc.,so that the students'personalized development can be realized.The students can also develop their comprehensive ability to solve complex problems and advanced thinking ability of independent innovation,and the support of experimental content for professional cultivation goals can be maximized.关键词
