摘要

Abstract

On the basis of reviewing the mechanism of industrial upgrading on ecological environment,using the panel data of three provinces and one municipality in the Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2019,a comprehensive index of ecological environment effect and a panel quantile model is constructed to explore the internal relationship between industrial upgrading and ecological environment change in the Yangtze River Delta.It is found that the industrial upgrading in the Yangtze River Delta has a significant effect on improving the level of ecological environment;the impact of industrial upgrading at different stages of environmental pollution is heterogeneous on the ecological environment;the economic growth,innovation level and institutional quality significantly promote the optimization of the ecological environment in the Yangtze River Delta,but foreign investment leads to the deterioration of the ecological environment in the Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,the targeted suggestions for the development planning of the Yangtze River Delta region are put forward,such as promoting the green transformation and upgrading of regional industries,improving the level of regional innovation,strengthening environmental governance and forcing the transformation and upgrading of regional traditional industries,etc.
