制备条件对Ni/Al2O3催化剂的颗粒度和镍晶还原性的影响
Effect of preparation conditions on the particle size and reducibility of Ni/Al2O3 catalyst

Abstract
Supported Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by deposition-precipitation method,and the support and catalyst were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR,particle size analysis and other methods.The effects of preparation parameters on the particle size and reducibility of nickel crystals on the catalyst were investigated.The results show that by calcinations pretreatment,micropores and strong acid centers of Al2O3 can be eliminated,effectively increasing pore size,and by ultrasonic dispersion treatment,agglomeration can be reduced and secondary particle size can be reduced.The optimal preparation conditions for Ni/Al2O3 catalyst are as follows:Al2O3 powder pretreatment temperature 980 ℃,treated by ultrasonic dispersion,deposition-precipitation temperature 50 ℃,aging after acid-base parallel stream addition,Ph=9 during aging,and nickel content of catalyst at 25%(w).Under these conditions,the nickel crystal particles on the Ni/Al2O3 catalyst are smaller,easier to be reduced,and have good dispersivity.The optimized catalyst was used to evaluate the stability of the heavy aromatics.After hydrogenation,the bromine value(100 g oil)was stable at 25 g,and the stability was good after 2 500 h.关键词
