Abstract

Optimization of epoxy resin and wet salt refining was studied by cyclic washing method with high salt glycerol wastewater and homemade solvent.The experimental results show that under the conditions of resin/brine/homemade solvent mass ratio 1:1:1,washing temperature 50 ℃,washing time 30 min and using high-salt glycerol wastewater instead of reclaimed water for refining of crude resin by cyclic washing,the maximum number of cyclic washing can be 24,the Cl-content of the refined resin is 49.3 μg/g,and glycerol is not detected.The three-effect evaporation operation can be cancelled,and the brine can go directly to glycerol concentration device to concentrate glycerol.Under the conditions of homemade solvent/wet salt/brine mass ratio 1:1:1,washing temperature 50 ℃,and washing time 5 min,the refined salt without resin can be obtained by cyclic washing for 5 times.Compared with the existing process,the epoxy resin refining optimization technology has greatly reduced wastewater discharge,eliminated the three-effect evaporation operation,and reduced the solvent amount and regeneration energy consumption by 33.33%and 40%,respectively,thus realizing the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
