摘要

Abstract

The content of active components Sb,Bi,B,Mg,Al,La,Ce and Sn in catalytic cracking metal deactivator samples was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry with inorganic and organic injection methods.The analysis conditions of spectral lines,radio frequency power and atomizer flow of each element were optimized on the two sampling methods.The type and amount of digestive acid and the type of diluent for organic dilution were determined,and the accuracy of the method was investigated.The experimental results show that the content of active components Sb,Bi,B,Mg,Al,La,Ce and Sn in catalytic cracking metal deactivator samples can be determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The correlation coefficient of the correction curve for each element is greater than 0.999,the relative standard deviation is less than 5%,and the recovery rate is between 92%and 107%,which can meet the requirements of analysis.
