Abstract
In the design of water supply and drainage structures,some water tanks have larger sizes in order to meet the requirements of treatment technology.Therefore,it is necessary to simultaneously meet the rationality of economy and component size under the premise of safety.By comparing and analyzing the assumed calculation examples us-ingby a uniformly distributed foundation reaction model and an elastic foundation model,the necessity of an elastic foundation model for calculation in the design of larger sized water tanks was verified.This research result can pro-vide a certain reference for the design of water tank structures in municipal water supply and drainage structures,so as to adopt reasonable calculation methods for practical engineering in future.关键词
