摘要

Abstract

In order to study the antioxidant effects of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil(GLSO)in vivo and in vitro,the scavenging rates of DPPH,ABTS and·O2- free radicals by GLSO were measured in vitro,and D-galactose was used to construct a senescent mouse model in vivo.The contents of SOD,CAT and MDA in serum and liver tissue and the expression level of PI3K/AKT in liver tissue of senescent mice were determined.The results showed that the scaven-ging effect of GLSO on DPPH,ABTS and·O2- free radicals was equivalent to 84.05%,22.05%and 46.48%of that of VC.Compared with blank group,SOD and CAT in serum and liver of model group decreased,while MDA in-creased.The ratio of p-AKT/AKT and p-PI3K/PI3K decreased,and there was a certain dependence effect between different doses.The results suggested that GLSO might play an antioxidant role by activating the PI3K/AKT path-way.
