不孕症患者慢性子宫内膜炎与输卵管性疾病的相关性分析
Analysis of correlation between chronic endometritis and tubal disease in infertile patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze of the correlation between chronic endometritis(CE)and tubal disease in infertile patients. Methods:The data of 761 infertility patients who received assisted reproductive technology at the Reproductive Medicine Centre of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from January 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of hysterosalpingography(HSG),the patients were divided into three groups:hydrosalpinx group(n=174),fallopian tube obstruction group(n=224),and fallopian tube partial obstruction group(control group,n=363).The incidence of CE was compared among the different groups of patients.The risk factors for the development of CE were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results:There were significant differences in the history of heterotopic pregnancy,the history of the pelvic inflammatory disease,hysteroscopic diagnosis of CE,and positive rate of endometrial biopsy for CD138 among the three groups(P＜0.05).The prevalence of CE among patients in hydrosalpinx and tubal obstruction groups(29.89％and 29.02％,respectively)was significantly higher than that in control group(19.28％)(P＜0.016 7).Logistic regression analysis showed that tubal obstruction[OR=1.84,95％CI(1.24,2.73),P＜0.05]and hydrosalpinx[OR=1.92,95％CI(1.26,2.93),P＜0.05]were the independent risk factors associated with the occurrence of CE. Conclusions:The incidence of CE in infertile patients with tubal obstruction and hydrosalpinx is significantly increased.Therefore,it is recommended to perform hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy before embryo transfer for patients undergoing assisted reproduction due to tubal factors to rule out the effects of CE on embryo transfer to improve the success rate of their assisted pregnancy.关键词
