Abstract

Turnout is the weak link of railway,and it is the key equipment that affects driving stability and safety.With the construction of the railway in the mountainous areas of southwest in China,many high-pier and large-span bridges will inevitably appear.Under the action of temperature,the difference between the adjacent high-piers will cause the track irregularity,which will affect the dynamic characteristics of the ballastless turnout on the bridge.In order to study the influence of the pier height difference on the dynamic characteristics of the turnout on the continuous bridge under the temperature change,taking a No.18 turnout on(40+56+40)m continuous bridge as the research object,the vehicle-turnout-bridge coupling system dynamic model was established,and the influence of track deformation caused by the deformation of pier on the dynamic characteristics of turnouts under the action of temperature were studied.Research results show that the pier height difference only affects the vertical vibration acceleration of the vehicle body,and has no effect on the wheel/rail force,vehicle safety,stability and turnout deformation,and all the index could meet the specification limit requirements.When the temperature of the bridge pier is increased by 30℃,The vehicle body vibration acceleration increases from 0.05 m/s2 to 0.13 m/s2 when passing straight through the turnout,and from 0.04 m/s2 to 0.10 m/s2 when passing sideways.When the bridge pier temperature is reduced by 30℃,it goes straight through the turnout When the vehicle body vibration acceleration increases from 0.05 m/s2 to 0.12 m/s2,when passing laterally,it increases from 0.04 m/s2 to 0.10 m/s2.The research results could provide reference for the laying of turnouts on continuous bridge with piers height difference.
