Abstract

In order to study the driving safety of ballastless track on a short tower cable-stayed bridge of kilometer class under combined temperature-track upset excitation,firstly,the temperature loading condition is determined according to the operating environment,and ANSYS is used for static analysis to determine the most unfavorable temperature loading condition.The dynamic response of high-speed trains,the effect of different travel speeds on the dynamic response of vehicles and bridges is calculated,and the travel safety of ballastless track on kilometer-class short tower cable-stayed bridges is evaluated according to the existing code standards,and a comfortable travel speed range for safe travel on bridges under combined temperature-track upset excitation is proposed.The analysis results show that:when crossing the bridge at 350 km/h design travel speed,the maximum values of dynamic car and trailer vertical acceleration are 0.8 m/s2 and 0.66 m/s2,respectively,and all the dynamic response data are at excellent level and meet the requirements of relevant specifications;the acceleration maximum value of the car body is positively correlated with the travel speed;at the travel speed of 400 km/h,the maximum value of dynamic car body vertical acceleration is 0.95 m/s2,which is 1.48 times of the travel speed of 250 km/h;when the speed reaches 400 km/h,the Sperling comfort index is changed from"excellent"to"good",and the travel comfort is relatively poor.In order to ensure the safety of traffic on the bridge,it is recommended that the travel speed should not exceed 400 km/h.The conclusion of this study can provide reference for laying ballastless track on kilometer-class short tower cable-stayed bridge.
