Abstract
As an important part of China's"smart railway",tunnel intelligent construction technology leads the development direction of tunnel construction technology.In order to improve the intelligent level of tunnel construction and ensure the overall construction quality and service life of linings and sections,this paper proposes a series of intelligent construction and quality control technologies for complex large-section tunnel linings based on the New Badaling Tunnel.Firstly,the intelligent vibration and pouring technology of lining structure are proposed to realize the automatic construction of concrete,It reduces field operators by 50%and field data recording time by 90%.The self-designed intelligent lining maintenance trolley is proposed to intelligently control and adjust the temperature and humidity in the curing area.The intelligent temperature and humidity control system is the core technology of maintenance trolley.It reduces the labor input and the quality defects causing by human factors,and improves the construction efficiency significantly.Secondly,the anti-void automatic alarm and anti-cracking technology for secondary lining is proposed,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of lining voids and cracks,therefore,the probability of cavity occurrence is reduced from 16%to 6%,and the probability of secondary lining cracking is reduced from 22%to 8%.The successful application of the intelligent construction and quality control technology in the New Badaling Tunnel has greatly promoted tunnel construction quality and comprehensive management.关键词
