摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that designers need to spend extra time on BIM modeling after completing the 2D design documents of the tunnel portal,improve the design quality of the tunnel portal and achieve the goal of fine design.Based on the characteristics of Bentley OpenRailDesigner CE software supporting the terrain and the centerline,combined with the design process and habits of the tunnel portal,a 2D and 3D synchronous design method of the tunnel portal based on the central database is proposed.The digital terrain elevation is used to generate the gridded terrain model,and the dynamic sectioning terrain model based on the 3D centerline positioning generates the horizontal and vertical sections,drives the portal design template elements parametrically,selects the portal type suitable for the terrain,and determines the portal location.The excavation and support parameters of side and front slopes,the backfill height and slope of open cut tunnels,the structural parameters of end wall portal,the design parameters of portal intercepting ditch and advance large pipe shed are designed through 2D and 3D parametric interaction.Finally,through these design parameters,the 3D BIM model and 2D design drawings are generated synchronously,and the relevant engineering quantities are counted.The"Tunnel portal 2D and 3D synchronous design system"is developed by using C#,C++API interfaces.The application of this method and system in the Xi'an-Shiyan and Xi'an-Ankang High-speed Railway projects shows that this method and system conform to the design habits,and can realize the 2D and 3D design and output of the results of the tunnel engineering,which has the value of popularization and application in subsequent projects.
