中国乡村教育指数的构建与测算
Construction and Measurement of China's Rural Education Index

Abstract
Under the background of big data era,in order to promote the construction of education power,it is urgent to carry out the index research of rural education in China.Based on the rural education modernization CQS model,Delphi method and an-alytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs and calculates China's rural education index in 2016 and 2021.The results are shown as below:Compared with 2016,the development momentum of rural education in China in 2021 continues to be good,and the provinces in central and western regions not only continue to improve in the score of the comprehensive index,but also narrow the overall gap with Beijing to varying degrees in terms of the teacher construction index,student support index and education ecology index.From a regional perspective,although there is no"Matthew effect"in the development of rural education in China,there is still the phenomenon of"collapse in the center",and the old pattern of"strong in the southeast,weak in the west,stagnant in the northeast,and collapsing in the center"has not yet been broken.Under the major strategic deployment of accelerating the construction of an education power,making full use of the late-mover advantages in system,policy,technology and other aspects,adapting to local conditions,and persevering in improving the rural education ecology,and ultimately achieving"breaking the sit-uation"will become the focus and key of the national education governance from the 14th Five-Year Plan period to 2035 to pro-mote the goal of"high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education and urban-rural integration".关键词
