基于结构CRITIC法的学术期刊评价指标的赋权方法及比较
Structural CRITIC-based Weighting Method for Academic Journals Evaluation Index and Comparison

Abstract
In the complex and multivariate journal evaluation process,the issue of assigning weight to each evaluation index is often involved.Different evaluation index weighting schemes directly affect the results of journal evaluation,so how to determine the index weighting is an important issue.Based on the weighting principle of the CRITIC method and combined with analytic hi-erarchy process(AHP),this paper proposes a new weight determination method combining subjective and objective weighting methods,namely the structural CRITIC method,and then employs the data of 17 mathematical journals selected from the Annual Report for Chinese Academic Journal Impact Factors(Natural Science),and at the same time uses the other three weighting meth-ods including the original CRITIC method to make comparative analyses.The results show that the difference of the weighting re-sults between the subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method affects the recognition of the evaluation results,that the selection of the weighting method should consider its applicability,and that the structural CRITIC method is a calculating method which can reflect the weight of index more objectively and subjectively in the journal evaluation.The structural CRITIC method provides a new weighting method for the evaluation of academic journals.关键词
