综采工作面割煤作业粉尘运移扩散规律模拟
Simulation of dust migration and diffusion law in coal cutting operation at fully mechanized coal mining face

Abstract
In order to grasp the law of dust migration and diffusion in coal mining face and provide the basis for the design of space dust prevention system in underground fully mechanized coal mining face,the large mining height working face planned in Taigemiao Mining Area of Xinjie was taken as the re-search background,and the geometric physical model of coal mining face was established by using such softwares as Solidworks and ANSYS software.Combined with the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow,the dust movement in coal cutting operation of shearer was numerically simulated.Based on the dust simu-lation results of coal cutting operation,the dust concentration distribution characteristics of working face under different inlet wind speed,working mode of shearer and dust particle size were compared and an-alyzed.The results show that the wind speed of the working face displays low-high-low fluctuation trend in the direction along the way,and gradually increases in the direction from the goaf to the coal wall;the high concentration dust area with a length of 60 m is formed by the superposition of coal cutting dust on the downwind side of the shearer drum,and the concentration exceeds 2 000 mg/m3.The inlet wind speed of the mining face is the main factor affecting the dust concentration.The peak concentra-tion and along-way concentration of dust on the mining face decrease with the increase of wind speed.The change of working mode of shearer makes the distribution of dust concentration in horizontal height significantly different,resulting in the change of key prevention and control areas of dust.The smaller the particle size of the dust,the higher the peak concentration of the respiratory zone height of the working face,and the more obvious the floating phenomenon of the dust particles.The research results effectively grasp the dust migration and diffusion law of large mining height working face,provide refer-ence for the dust prevention layout of working face,and have guiding significance for the safe mining of fully mechanized mining face.关键词
