摘要

Abstract

The mix design of impact-resistant and wear-resistant concrete is of great significance for the long-term operation of water conservancy projects.Based on the flood discharge system of the Dashixia Water Control Project,the influence of water-binder ratio of concrete,coarse aggregate gradation,sand ratio and unit water consumption on slump is studied,and the compressive strength of con-crete for28 d and 90 d is analyzed,and the mix design scheme of impact-resistant and wear-resistant concrete(C9055W8F300,C9050W8F300,C40W8F200)suitable for this project is put forward,finally,C9055W8F300 grade concrete is selected to carry out the experimental study on abrasion resistance.The results show that the water-binder ratios of three kinds of impact-resistant and wear-re-sistant concrete are 0.31、0.33 and 0.36 respectively.The content of fly ash can be 25%,the content of silica fume can be 5%,the mass ratio of small stone to medium stone in coarse aggregate gradation can be45 ∶ 55,the sand ratio can be34%,and the water con-sumption can be 130 kg/m3.Under the strength grade of C9055W8F300,"silica fume + polypropylene fiber concrete"has the best ab-rasion resistance.This method provides guidance for the mix design of impact-resistant and wear-resistant concrete in the Dashixia Water Control Project,and can also provide ideas and references for similar projects.
